Iran Senior Mullah: People Will Throw Us Into The Sea If They Revolt

In a meeting with Iranian Labor Minister Ali Rabei on Thursday, Javadi Amoli, a senior official and a very influential mullah in the Iranian regime’s ruling establishment, expressed grave concerns over the future of increasing protests across the country and fearfully said: “We should know if the people decide to revolt considering the existing problems, they will throw all of us into the sea. Therefore, you must be very careful.”

“Of course, many people have fled the country or have already determined where to flee. We, however, don’t have anywhere to escape to. These injustices and the incompetence seen in some officials are intolerable. A country with all these resources, water and soil, why should it have so many people hungry?” Amoli continued.

“Do you expect tolerance and endurance from a nation with a broken backbone? A wheelchair populace has no ability for resistance,” he finalized.

The existence of one poor individual means a nation’s backbone is broken, according to Islamic teachings.

Such remarks from officials with close relations to Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei signals the deep concerns in Tehran over snowballing anger among a very restive population. Iran’s society is literally a considered a powder keg ready to explode.
