Reports from inside Iran indicate that National Steel Group workers of Ahwaz staged strike and protests on Saturday, November 10, 2018 in front of the governor’s office in the city, while Iran has been the scene of numerous protests and strikes in the first week of November in a number of cities across the country..
Angry workers are protesting the high cost of living, while their income has remained the same and in some cases not paid for a number of months.
They chant “No nation has seen such injustice (by their government)” and “there are nasty corroborations behind the curtain regarding the factory.”
