On Tuesday December 11, a large crowd of looted creditors of the Caspian financial institution belonging to the Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) in Tehran staged protest gathering in front of a Judiciary building, the so-called Public Prosecutor’s Office, and demanded arrest of the ringleaders who plundered the assets of the creditors through this “marauding” institution.

Meanwhile, also in Tehran on December 11, a group of the families of the political prisoners held protest rally at the same time calling for the release of political prisoners, including imprisoned workers, teachers and students. They called for an end to the pressure imposed on detainees and depriving them of the minimum medical treatment. This is just an example of the public discontent and nationwide strike and protests that have been going on since late December 2017 and have shaken the foundation of the Iranian regime.
